My Special Place

MY SPECIAL PLACE

My special place is a place hidden away from the world a peaceful spot. A place where you could yell at the top of your lungs and the sound of your voice would slowly eco away and disappear. As the massive mountains surround I feel as if a in a giant pit. The bush seems to stretch for miles. At night we go for walks around the gravel track as we hunt for possums and look for moreporks.

The wide river flows gently along side the tall cliff, on the other side of the river the huge boulders must of fallen down from the cliff they look as if they have been there for centuries. The trout jump and leap like they are trying to put on a show for me, the big slimy eels play hide and seek among the jagged rocks as they hunt for food. The raging rapids power over big rocks as they gobble up anything in its path.

The tall  mountains have people climbing them like little ants all over an half eaten hot dog. People who scale those mountains must be trained professionals and must of climbed essayer mountains. The jagged rock face have little hand holds. There are platforms where you could rest or hang a hammock and put up a stretcher. The mountains look very difficult to climb and a landslide could strike without warning. At the top lies a small green flag, I guess that it is some sort of highest land point kind of thing.              

   

The helicopter's roar over the sky as they take people up river so they can kayak back down. The helicopter pad is a small patch of mown grass, the long grass that surrounds the pad seems to look like it will blow away as the chopper takes off. Massive storage compartments are on each side of the chopper to fit kayaks and bags in. As it takes off it sways back and forth in the wind and speeds of up river like a lion chasing its prey . This place is very very beautiful it takes me away from the world whenever I come here.   

My special place is a beautiful camping site called kuripapango.                  

     

Robotics

On the 1st and 2nd week back at school every Thursday our class had robotics. The first week we build the robots the second week we drove it.

Stadium Description vs

I look down at the stadium packed with people I realized that I was at the super bowl 50 semi final. New York Giants vs the Carolina panthers. The first team to come out of the changing rooms was the giants because they were playing in home grounds the team was wearing big   blue shoulder pads under their blue shirts. The helmets have tiny bars on the front. The panthers come out we all stood up and sang the national anthem. The VIPS hold up the Americans flag while the two teams standing on either side of the green NFL field. I smell popcorn and hot dogs from the roaring crowd as the game starts. I start to get excited. A massive gasp goes over the stadium at kickoff! Game on the crowd goes wild.

I am blogging this because NFL is my favourite sport.

This is my Scene Description

I turn around and see the most beautiful sight with a huge snowy and rocky jagged cliff that looks impossible to climb. The soft green grass stretches for miles over the mountain. A cool air breeze goes across my face. The soft fluffy clouds move all around over the freezing cold ocean. I smell the salty sea air through my nostrils. The small road hardly gets used, and is deteriorating. Unfortunately, it's time to say goodbye to this amazing scene.          

I am proud of this because I have put a lot of amazing words into this.

My biggest challenge was coming up with descriptive words.

THE HERO

Once upon a time there was an adult called Hunta. He was an ordinary adult that lived in the medieval ages. He was a blacksmith in the middle of town far far away from the castle, but he had always wanted to go in the castle. There was a girl called Amie she was the princess. Every day he would go outside the castle and gaze up at the castle, and see if the gate would open.But it wouldn’t the guards Jeff and Steve would always say ‘’go away’’ after about 5 minutes. One day a golem started destroying the town, Hunta was terrified but he had always dreamed of being a hero. He had made a costume and he put it on and ran outside. First he tried to punch the golem and he got thrown across the street. ”BOOM”! Hunta’s blacksmith's got blowin up when one of  his potions got hit. He had some old friends that were wrestler's they were called Tom and John.He went and got them and they said “yes”. So they were walking down the road towards the golem.The golem tried an uppercut on Tom and he dodged it. Tom,John and Hunta ran down alleyway and decided a plan. They decided to do a super punch, a super punch is where you combined your strengths together and punch something.Tom,John and Hunta stood side by side and jumped and punched the golem and the golem went airborne.

thank you for taking me on the jet ski and the boat. I love going fishing and catching trout and gutting them. I love going driving to the hot pools and swimming in the lake. thank you for buying us bus tickets and sending us back to hasting. I love you dad from liam.
